We launched on Shopify Plus and engineered a two speed inventory sync approach that balances near real time updates with full daily reconciliation across 80 plus locations.

After launching on Shopline, Peter Jackson hit persistent integration problems with Harmony ERP.

Inventory accuracy and order handling suffered, and the platform demanded heavy maintenance and external developer dependence.

The goal was a robust ecommerce foundation that supports a premium brand experience, with stock and orders customers can trust.

What we did


Migrated Peter Jackson to Shopify Plus and built an integration designed for the way they trade.

  • Implemented inventory updates as frequently as every 5 minutes from 6am to midnight.

  • Built two sync processes: Delta Sync every 5 minutes, plus Full Sync daily at 4am to reconcile all products and locations, including zero stock items.

  • Added collision detection to prevent overlapping runs, and a custom Shopify app to monitor syncs and retry failures.

  • Tuned performance and mapping, including reconciliation across 80 plus warehouse and store locations.
