Forever New needed flexible technology that supports multi national commerce across four global regions, mobile first experiences, a better online fitting journey, and options like pay online pick up in store and reserve in store.

Loyalty needed to work across channels, and the solution needed to be maintainable by the in house team.

What we did

We delivered a complete digital transformation, built to scale and to be owned by the client team day to day.

Implemented new commerce, PIM, OMS and middleware connected via real time integration to ERP and POS.
Designed the architecture and delivered a headless frontend, while upskilling Forever New’s internal developers.
Built a tailored PIM structure for product enrichment, translation, and internationalisation.
Delivered a bespoke checkout experience validated through usability testing, plus search, merchandising, and AI driven recommendations.
