We delivered a React PWA experience on BigCommerce B2B Edition with real time Microsoft D365 integration, resulting in 50 percent of customers placing orders online and 24/7 account access.

The opportunity

Wine distribution is operationally intense. Joval needed a portal that supports time poor hospitality customers, while handling exclusive product availability, allocations, and deeply tailored pricing.

We built Winesource using BigCommerce B2B Edition, with a React PWA frontend and seamless integration to Microsoft D365.

  • Designed a UX led interface built for fast reordering and mobile use.

  • Supported capped purchasing, allocations, multiple units of measure, order status visibility, and ERP driven pricing.
